Why do you ask for a card if the trial is free?
So your map doesn’t stop working mid-week when you’ve just gotten the family on board. You pay nothing for 7 days, we email you before the trial ends, and cancelling is one tap. Cancel in time and your card is never charged.
How do I cancel?
One tap in Settings → Billing. No calls, no retention bot, no “are you sure?” maze. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and weemail you before every renewal — being easy to leave is exactly why families trust us to stay.
Is it really one subscription for the whole family?
Yes. The circle owner subscribes once; up to 10 people are covered, on every device they own. Grandparents, kids, the cousin on the road trip — nobody else ever pays or even needs an account.
