Delete means delete — your data goes with the account, not into an archive. Here are both ways to do it.
Open FamilySeen and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. The account and its data are removed right away. If you own a circle, deleting your account also removes that circle for everyone in it, so tell them first.
Write to [email protected]from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We reply within a few days and delete within 30 days of confirming it is your account.
If you joined a circle as a guest — a display name and no email — ask the person who owns the circle to remove you, or write to us with the circle name and your display name.
If you are the parent or guardian who added a child to your circle, you can remove them from the circle at any time, or write to us to delete everything we hold about them. You can also ask us to show you that data first.
Payment records — the invoices for subscriptions you were charged for — are kept by us and by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They contain billing amounts and dates, not your location. Everything else goes.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel that in the store as well, or you will keep being charged. A subscription billed on the web stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
